Getting Started as an ABFulfillment Partner

Quick Start

To begin selling gifts with ABFulfillment:

  1. Choose the gifts you want to offer from our catalog
  2. Add the products to your website
  3. Connect Synkro or submit orders manually
  4. When an order is received, we invoice you
  5. After payment is received, we pack and ship the gift

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days, and most shipments arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on location.

Once your partner account is approved, the next step is getting your store ready to offer the gifts from our catalog.

The setup process is simple, and most partners are ready to start selling very quickly.

Step 1: Choose the Gifts You Want to Offer

Browse the ABFulfillment catalog and select the designs you would like to list in your store.

You do not need to offer every gift. Most partners begin with a small curated selection that fits their brand and audience.

The pricing shown in the catalog represents the suggested retail price. You are free to run promotions or adjust your retail pricing if needed.

Step 2: Add the Gifts to Your Website

Partners typically add the gifts to their own store as standard products.

You can use your own product descriptions, photography, and branding so the gifts match your website and brand style.

Your customers will purchase the gifts directly from your store just like any other product you sell.

Step 3: Connect Your Store With Synkro (Optional)

Many partners choose to connect their store using the Synkro integration.

When Synkro is connected, orders placed on your website automatically populate inside our fulfillment system.

This removes the need to manually submit orders and allows your store to run more efficiently.

Some partners prefer to place orders manually. Both options work.

Step 4: Submit Orders

Orders can be submitted in several ways:

• Synkro integration from your store
• Manual order submission through our website
• Emailing the order details to our team

Once we receive the order, we generate an invoice for the partner.

Step 5: Order Fulfillment

After payment is received, your order moves into fulfillment.

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Packages ship directly to your customer using UPS.

Transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days, depending on location.

Your customer receives the gift directly from you, while we handle all packing and shipping behind the scenes.
