Apple Blossom Fulfillment provides wholesale fulfillment services exclusively to approved gifting companies. Because all orders are custom-prepared and fulfilled on behalf of our partners, all sales are final once an order has entered production.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged in transit or is fulfilled incorrectly, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the outer box and damaged items
Approved damage or fulfillment errors will be resolved at our discretion through replacement, credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food items, custom packaging, and made-to-order gifts, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. We are happy to assist with claims when applicable.
