How the ABFulfillment Partner Program Works

If you run a gifting company, you already know the biggest challenges are not designing the gifts. The real challenge is managing inventory, storing products, packing orders, and shipping everything out on time.

Who This Program Is For

ABFulfillment is designed specifically for gifting companies that want to outsource fulfillment.

Our partners list curated gifts from our catalog on their own website and sell them directly to their clients. We take care of everything on the back end.

This program is not a consumer store. It is a fulfillment service built to support other gifting businesses.

How The Process Works

The process is simple.

1. You list gifts on your website

You choose designs from our catalog and add them to your store. The retail pricing shown in our catalog is the suggested retail price, but you control your pricing.

2. Your customer places an order

Orders can come through your website using Synkro integration, or they can be submitted manually through our website or by email.

3. The order is sent to ABFulfillment

When an order is received, it appears in our system and we prepare it for fulfillment.

4. We invoice you for the order

Because we cannot collect payment directly from your customer, the invoice is sent to you. Once payment is received, the order moves into fulfillment.

5. We pack and ship the gift

Your gift is carefully packed and shipped directly to your customer. Packages ship with a return address that reads:

No invoices are included in the shipment.

Fulfillment and Shipping Timeline

Once payment is received, orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit time for shipping is usually 3 to 5 business days depending on location.

Because we ship from the West Coast, most UPS Ground deliveries fall within the following general timeframes:

West Coast: 1 to 2 days
Mountain States: 2 to 3 days
Midwest: 3 to 4 days
East Coast: 4 to 5 days

Branding and Marketing Materials

Partners can purchase branded materials through ABFulfillment.

When these materials are ordered, they are shipped directly to our facility and stored with your account.

This can include items such as marketing inserts or other branded materials you want included in your shipments.

If inventory for your materials begins to run low, we will reach out so you can restock.

Branded Partners receive an additional service. We maintain ongoing stock of their custom gift stickers and branded message cards, which are automatically included with every gift we ship for them.

Pricing and Margins

The pricing shown in our catalog represents the suggested retail price.

Partners can adjust their retail pricing if they choose to run promotions or sales.

Your partner cost is  below the catalog retail price, allowing you to maintain margin while keeping pricing competitive.
