How to Connect Your Store Using Synkro

1. Install the Synkro App

From the Shopify App Store, install the Synkro app to your Shopify admin. Once installed, you’ll be prompted to begin setup.

Note: Synkro is a third-party app and may have its own monthly fee. This fee is paid directly to Synkro.


2. Grant Required Permissions

Synkro will request access to:

  • Products
  • Orders
  • Inventory data

These permissions allow the app to properly sync order and fulfillment information. No customer marketing access is required.


3. Copy Your Store Code

Copy your store URL (example: yourstore.myshopify.com)  You will use this code in the next step.


4. Connect Your Store in AB Fulfillment

Next, log in to your account at:
https://abfulfillment.com

From the top menu, click “Synkro Integration.”

Paste your store url into the field provided and save.


5. Finish Setup

Once the url is saved, return to your store page. Your integration should now be active and your store will begin syncing with the fulfillment system.

  1. Go to apps
  2. Synkro
  3. Dropship, Import new products
  4. Check the ones you want
  5. Go to products, click the ones in draft and then click on set as active.

A Note on Branding & Fulfillment

All Synkro-fulfilled orders ship according to your partner setup:

  • Unbranded by default
  • Branded packaging available for approved branded partners
