How to Set Up Shipping for Your Synkro Fulfillment Products

Before you begin selling gifts, your store should have shipping rates that match the rates used by ABFulfillment.
This ensures your customer pays the correct shipping amount and prevents surprises when orders are invoiced.
If you are using Synkro, the shipping setup will follow the Synkro shipping guide.
If you are placing orders manually, you simply need to add the same shipping rates to your website.
Why Shipping Rates Must Match
ABFulfillment charges shipping based on the rates used in our fulfillment system.
Because your customer places the order through your website, it is important that your shipping settings match the rates we use. This keeps everything aligned between your store and our fulfillment process.
When you connect your Shopify store to our inventory through Synkro, your products and inventory sync automatically.
Shipping does not.
You must manually add shipping rates to the Synkro fulfillment location inside Shopify. Without this step, checkout will not calculate properly.
Below are the exact rates to add.
Option 1: Synkro Shipping Setup
Step 1: Go to Shopify Settings
Log into your Shopify admin.
Click Settings in the bottom left corner.
Step 2: Click “Shipping and Delivery”
Select Shipping and Delivery.
Step 3: Open the Correct Shipping Profile
Click into the shipping profile where your synced products are assigned.
If you are unsure, confirm that your Synkro products are included in this profile.
Step 4: Locate the Synkro Fulfillment Location
Scroll down to the section labeled:
“Not shipping from this location.”
You’ll see the fulfillment location connected to Apple Blossom Fulfillment.
Click Add rates next to that location.
Step 5: Add These Shipping Rates
Add manual, price-based rates using the structure below:
$0.00–$10.00 → $10.00
$10.01–$50.00 → $12.00
$50.01–$99.99 → $15.00
$100.00–$200.00 → $18.00
$200.01–$300.00 → $20.00
$300.01–$400.00 → $22.00
$400.01–$500.00 → $28.00

Delivery speed:
3–4 business days (Standard)
Do not copy your main store’s shipping settings unless they match this structure exactly.
These rates are calibrated to typical box sizes, packing materials, and carrier pricing from our fulfillment center.
Step 6: Save
Click Save.
That’s it.
Once completed:
• Products will show as in stock
• Shipping will calculate correctly at checkout
• Orders will route automatically to Apple Blossom Fulfillment
If rates are not configured correctly, orders will either not check out or will route without proper shipping charges.
Option 2: Manual Order Setup
If you are submitting orders manually, you will simply add the same shipping rates to your store.
When a customer places an order, they will pay shipping through your website. The order is then submitted to ABFulfillment and invoiced to the partner.
Matching shipping rates helps ensure your margins stay consistent.
Recommended Shipping Setup
Most partners choose to set up simple shipping tiers based on order value or standard shipping rates.
Your store should charge shipping in a way that reasonably matches UPS Ground rates from the West Coast.
Typical delivery times:
West Coast: 1 to 2 days
Mountain States: 2 to 3 days
Midwest: 3 to 4 days
East Coast: 4 to 5 days
